So much love...

After spending a day with friends at the park, (I got a much needed nap!) the kids came home missing their baby sister. They wanted me to take pictures of them holding her...they are too sweet with her. (I can say that now because I'm rested!) :)
My girlies... Ethan telling Aidrian, "it's okay, it's okay..."
Kaylin saying, "Mom, look at her cute little face...can I touch her eye?"
Ethan has so much love for this little one. (look at her nose!) He's still trying to figure out that he's the big brother, not a little sister...
Two happy kids with a sleeping babes. Luckily she sleeps through a lot!!

10 days or so...

Miss Aidrian is quite the character...noises, faces, squirms...it's all too cute. One big yawn from little miss... Awake and alert. She's more awake during the day and will look around wide-eyed. She's very content.
Just out of the bath and she's got some crazy hair. Still so little...
This was Sunday. Went to a friend's house for dinner so she got all dolled up. Wearing a cute blue dress and bow...those cheeks are getting bigger!

G-ma's Birthday!!!!

The last day Grandma was here at the Clarke household was her birthday! The night before we had a mini celebration with cupcakes. Kaylin asked how many candles should we put on her cake that she drew...I told her we'll just do 5. So then she asked Daddy, "How old is Grandma? Is she 5?" He told her between 6 and 5...so then she asked grandma, "are you 65?" GULP!

On her real birthday, Angie and Lily came up to take Mom out to lunch. Kaylin was still at school (her LAST day!) and Ethan was at a friend's house, so I just had baby Aidrian! We went to O'Charleys--YUM!

Of course I had to stick in a few of the babes, she's just way too cute and changing so much!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!! She is one of the most fabulous women I know. Spectacular in every way. Loving, serving, unselfish, optimistic, generous and giving, caring, talented, hard-working, young at heart :)....spectacular in every way. I love you!!

Little Miss Aidrian

I just thought this was the cutest picture ever!! We laugh and say with her the camera puts on weight!--mainly in those cute cheekers! Do you remember that with Kaylin too?? How big and beefy her cheeks looked when I sent out pics, and then you see her in real life and she was tiny??
Well this is why I love this pic...it's just how she looks...pretty sleeper.
(I'm posting so many pics for you, Vicki...)

Brother and Sisters

Just can't get enough of a sweet thing... Miss Aidrian was awake and downstairs checking everything out so the kids wanted turns to hold her. Ethan comes upstairs a lot, just to check on her. He is so soft and sweet with her. I'll hear him singing to her often and touching her hair. Wouldn't you want to touch that cool mohawk??
Kaylin wants to hold her all the time. So last night when we said scriptures and read books, she held her the whole time even though she said she is heavy for her. She is a great big sister and learning a lot about babies... ("they sure sleep alot!")

4 days old

We had to take Aidrian to the Dr to test her Bili level (jaundice). Since I actually took a shower and put mascara on, I thought I'd take a couple pics with my babe.

Dr thinks she looks great! She weighs 6 lbs 10 oz now. I love her in this bright pink!

Pre-K Graduation

Kaylin's Pre-K graduation was this morning. Grandma took Ethan. Here's Kaylin getting her award with Ms. Rebecca. Singing in line with her friends...
Having a picnic with her favorite friends and teacher.

3 days old

After her first bath...look at that hair! Aunt Angie and Lily came to visit today. Lily loved playing with Ethan while her mom held Aidrian. (look at those cheeks!) They went swimming in the pool today once Kaylin came home from school...
I wanted to get out, so I took Aidrian in the stroller for a short visit to the pool. She loved it!

Mother's Day!

I had a great Mother's Day! Church was nice, our friends spoke and they were awesome talks...and it was a lot of fun, I was asked to be on a Mother Mystery Panel where they picked 6 moms, hid them behind a chalk board with a sheet and would ask them questions--kind of like The Dating Game, but with moms? We did it in Jr and Sr. Primary. It was cute, when I answered one question (yes, into the dreaded microphone so I sounded like a kid from Jr. Primary...) Kaylin said to her teacher, "I think that's my mom!" Then the reveal: Mystery Mom #3 Come show yourself, Kaylin squealed, "Mommy!' We got a cute potted plant (bummer, no chocolate) and I realized this was my last week at church being pregnant and having only 2 kids!!!

After church we went down to Angie and Andrew's house. I had to get a pic with my wonderful "doting" husband who always has the best intentions...even if they don't work out. :) He woke up at 6:45 (we have church at 8:30 AM!!!) to clean up and make me breakfast...BUT he fell asleep on the couch till Ethan woke him up. By that time it was too late to do anything but get ready and eat cold cereal. Rats!

It was great to be with Ang and Mom this afternoon. We got to talk and watch the kids play too cute together while the men finished the meal and did the dishes. We had a yummy dinner and the Hayes' made us homemade cheesecake icecream topped with strawberries!

The most wonderful Grandma and 3/15 grandkids...It was such a beautiful day, so we spent more time outside than in. My kids got some bubbles from our Swim party and insisted on bringing them. It was fun because it was windy so they hardly needed to blow! Lily loved the bubbles, here's a pic of them blowing them to her.
Monday we are sharing Mother's Day with Brad and Vicki, so I'll post some pics of that too.

**Just pause the music to hear the video--but all you'll hear is us yelping and cheering...

Lily gets so excited whenever she sees Ethan. She just started walking so Ethan wanted her to walk to him. It was so cute! The first time she did it, she wrapped her little arms around his neck. I think this was the 3rd time. For the rest of the day she'd constantly look for him and then squeal and laugh when she saw him.

Today after my Dr. appt (which went really well, I'm to a 3 and still have next Friday as the date!) Grandma Clarke watched Ethan for the rest of the day, and I got to out to lunch with Britt Butler and then I went to pick up Kaylin from school to then meet up with Britt and Savannah.

Here's Kaylin at the fountain... The Britt's...

37 weeks, almost 38....

Me and Kaylin. The sun was pretty bright and super hot, so this is best one we got! I was sweating like crazy!!! Kaylin and Savannah.

37 weeks

So I went to the Dr. on Friday. My blood pressure was 140/90 but since I'll deliver in 2 weeks, he think it's not an issue. Phew! Also, I was measuring small (duh) and he was worried my amniotic fluid was low, so he wanted to do an ultrasound. It was fun to see her so big! She measure 6 lbs 2 oz, was kicking like crazy, and had her hands up by her face. So these are the best profile shots. Her forehead is on the right, then it goes down to her nose and pouty lips. Can you see it?

Anyway, my amniotic fluid was fine and there was nothing to worry about. I go back next Friday and then get induced the next Friday! It really is a miracle everything is going so well!!!
