Happy Thanksgiving!

This year we had Thanksgiving at the Clarke's. The food was delicious! I chipped in by making mom's yummy fruit salad and cheesecakes. We played the game Catch Phrase after dinner and had a lot of laughs. Instead of teams we played that if it beeped on you, you were out and we played until there was one person left. Of course I had to sit by my rival game player, Brad (Travis' dad) and catch him when he would try to cheat! On Friday night we all went to see the Johnny Cash movie, Walk the Line. Danen loved Johnny Cash. His big group of friends from highschool all came and we took up about 5 rows in the theater. We enjoyed it, mostly because of the company we were with.

They grow so fast

Every day I look at my sweet little girl and am amazed at how fast she is growing...I try to remember all the sweet things she does and how she is changing from baby to girl. Here are some pics of Kaylin at 28 months old. Times goes by too quickly.

A day at the Park

We went down to Peachtree City for a picnic at the park. Kaylin loved going up and down the slides and swinging on the swings. Ethan did not like the slide at all, especially when Kaylin held him. They static shocked him all day. But, he loved going on the swings and giggled the whole time. We also went down to the lake and talked to the ducks and geese, threw rocks in the lake and went exploring in the trees.

Happy Halloween

We had a great Halloween! Kaylin was a cat and Ethan, a bumblebee. On Friday we went to a carnival at a nearby church with big blow up jumping castles and hayrides (we had to bribe Kaylin to leave). On Saturday night we went to a trunk-or-treat with the Clarkes in Peachtree City. She would say Trick-or-treat and thank you at each trunk, run around with other kids, trip on her tail and get up to say" I having fun Gamma!" and get scared by other costumes, usually the ones with masks. On Monday night we went Trick-or-Treating in our neighborhood with Grandma Sharp after a fun play day outside and a picnic at the park. She answered the door for trick-or-treaters and to the first girl dressed as a spider, picked a candy out of the girls bucket! After that she got the hang of handing candy out, but would usually give themthe smallest piece. (we'd tell them to take more) Then when we went to the neghbors houses she'd give candy from her bucket to the person at the door! And when we got home wanted to open every single lolipop she got!
Ethan was a great sport and enjoyed being a bumblebee! He's crawling now so it was cute to see his little wings in the air. He was so adorable!
